I bought tickets late last night to the Vegas Meet and Greet! I am super nervous because everyone knows each other, and I am brand new. But when I heard about it, I wanted to go so bad! I just got my date to start classes for wls, so I will hopefully have it by the end of the year. I am super lucky to have the wonderful insurance that I do. I want to be able to donate, and help those that can’t get it! So I am spreading the word! I am excited about the Meet and Greet because I want every bit of imformation about this surgery BEFORE I have it! Plus I am excited to be able to find a support group to help along the way. So here is me throwing myself out there! Hope to meet some people so I don’t have to feel “out of place”! last year

I am currently on a waiting list to start the bariatric options program at Kaiser Permanente in Fontana, Ca. I currently weigh 257 lbs. and have diabetes. I am hoping that through surgery, I can get rid of the diabetes for good! |
