TICKET / BADGE DETAILS:
No Ticket or Badge will be mailed.
Registered guests of the event are required to bring a picture ID and will be issued their badge at the registration table on May 18 2012 beginning at 12 Noon PST
Please print your Pay Pal receipt and bring it to the event. If your name is not on our registration list you can use the Pay Pal receipt as your proof of purchase.
Refunds: There are no refunds on 2012 Mother of All Meet & Greet ticket purchases.
You may transfer your ticket to others. It is up to you to notify the WLSFA who you are transferring the ticket(s) to by emailing the names to info@wlafa.org Names must be on our registration list for an attendee badge(s) to be issued at the event.
Loss of Badge Credentials: The WLSFA reserves the right to revoke or deny attendance of any registered participant, speaker, exhibitor, news media reporter, or photographer of presentations, activities, conferences and meetings. Antonia, I just made the reservation at Bally’s but they are charging me $185/night plus taxes with a charge to my credit card of $202 for the first night. What happened to the $99/night? The other three people staying with me in the room will register for the event separately from me.

There is an additional charge per person the 99$ rate is based on double occupancy. I “THINK” you have 4 people right?
It is $30 for number 3 and number 4 so it will be $159 per night.
